Bitter cherries and pistachios – an unusual combination, with an intense taste and a surprising texture.
Our bitter cherry jam with pistachios brings out the distinctive aroma of black bitter cherries, complemented by the delicate taste of pistachio.
For every 100 g of product, 70 g of bitter cherries are used, which gives the jam a pronounced fruit flavour. Organic agave syrup completes the recipe, while fresh lemon juice helps balance the taste.
Pistachios add a distinctive note and make the jam suitable for breakfast as well as for desserts or more sophisticated pairings.
The product is pasteurized and contains no colourings or preservatives.

How to enjoy it
Bitter cherry jam with pistachios can be enjoyed on its own or with toast, croissants, pancakes or yogurt.
It also works very well as a topping for cheesecake, ice cream, panna cotta or other desserts. The combination of bitter cherries and pistachios also makes it a good match for cheese platters, where the bittersweet taste of the fruit creates an interesting contrast.
Storage
Store in a cool place, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
