Bitter cherries, apple juice and a simple recipe that keeps the fruit at the heart of the taste.
Our bitter cherry jam with apple juice is made for those who appreciate the intense, slightly bitter taste of black cherries.
For every 100 g of product we use 71 g of bitter cherries, so that the flavour of the fruit stays dominant.
Concentrated apple juice naturally complements the taste of the cherries, while fresh lemon juice helps balance sweet and sour. Agar-agar is used for the texture of the product.
The result is a jam with a pronounced fruit flavour, suitable for breakfast as well as for desserts or more sophisticated pairings.

Bitter cherry jam with apple juice can be enjoyed on its own, on toast, croissants, pancakes or with yogurt.
