This delivery and returns policy sets out the terms and conditions for delivering products ordered on cireseamare.ro and for any returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Delivery
- Domestic delivery time: Domestic orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; in those cases orders will be prepared on the next working day.
- International delivery time: For orders delivered to addresses outside Romania, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and any customs formalities. This timeframe is approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control, especially during busy periods or in the event of delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
- Delivery cost: The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the parcel and will be shown in the shopping cart before you complete your order.
- Delivery methods: We use express courier services to deliver the products.
- Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the parcel tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.
- Delivery is made to the address given in the order. Please check the address carefully before completing your order.
Returns
Return conditions: The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused and in its original packaging. Products damaged during return shipping, or showing physical changes, dents, chips, scratches, impacts or other signs of wear, will not be accepted.
Return procedure
- Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the parcel.
- To return a product, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorisation. In your message, please state the reason for the return and the IBAN account we should use to refund the amount paid for the products. Alternatively, you can use the return form available here.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you. You can use any courier company.
- Returns should be sent to: Str. Nordului, nr. 365, Bâldana village, Tărtășești commune, Dâmbovița county, Romania.
- Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the amount paid for it within 14 calendar days (in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). We will refund the amount to the IBAN account you give us with your return request.
Cancellation
If you have changed your mind and want to modify or cancel your order, you can write to us at [email protected]. Please put “Order cancellation” and your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to modify or cancel the order. Please note that an order can only be modified or cancelled if it has not yet been picked up by the courier.
